Bridgewater Panther Football plays in The NJ Suburban Youth Football League which was founded on December 8th, 1972 in Scotch Plains, NJ. The league is currently comprised of two-town programs split between two conferences. There are playoffs, Super Bowl, and an All-Star game to enhance the enjoyment of the participants and help teach the value of competition and good sportsmanship.

Participating towns include:  Berkeley Heights, Somerville/Branchburg, Chatham, New Providence, Westfield, Summit and Milburn, Morristown, Scotch Plains-Fanwood and others.

Flag will be open to kids in Kindergarten through 2nd Grade. At this level there are no league standings because there are no records of wins or losses. We just want the children to learn about the game and have fun. In the summer kids will practice 3 days per week and once the season starts they will practice for 2 day per week and have their games on Saturday mornings.
